domain 2 Domains.... appraised at?

I have 2 sites that I am thinking of selling but not sure what to ask for them.

First one is very new - I bought the software had it installed on my domain and I redesigned it, set everything up, no advertising yet or anything.... have seen little traffic - no one has signed up yet... launched June 29, 2008. This was a spur of the moment thing to do and I just don't have the time to do anything further with it. It is intended to be an auction site exclusively for Crafters.

Second one I bought almost a year ago to sell things on. Now it just has my eBook on there that I sell through ClickBank but am going to revert it back to an affiliate site like I used to have it. This one I have been told by a friend that it could be worth pretty good money if I get it set up the way I used to have it set up and get it fully established again.
