I have the .com domains TonOfBricksMasonry and PanhandleCafe on 7-day auction for $100 starting bid. Is this reasonable?

First of all, there's another forum section for this. Please use Pre-Purchase Appraisals.

IMO (in my opinion) it's a hard sell. Long domains and needs a really specific seller. I wouldn't bid

Thanks for the input. I should've specified that I already have them on auction. If it's domains I'm thinking of buying, I'll list them in Pre-Purchase Appraisals.

Neither sold. Was disappointed about panhandlecafe not selling since NameBio reports cafe-themed domains selling nearly every day. How should I tweak things? Lower the price? Set the 7-day auction to end on a certain day of the week? Put it on a 90-day auction instead? Or just sell it through GoDaddy the regular way (not on auction) for a BIN price?

Don't use paid auction, use DAN.com or Afternic landing page, and try to cold marketing to the owner of Panhandle Cafe or other cafe. You can reach through their contact form in website, linked.in, FB, IG or Twitter. The domain is so not a general name, if you use auction then the visitors are not your target buyer. Not very much persons will be your prospective buyer since it is not a general keyword.
