Considering all of the attention that acronyms, single words and short, made up word blends and combinations receive, it would be refreshing to get peak at some of the brandable 2 and 3 word domains that people have come up with. One attractive feature of the multiple word name category is that there, still, are oppurtunities to find some fairly good and useful names in the .com namespace. The recent sale of a name that I, originally, had pegged for development, DudeTube, underlines this. There are thousands of multiple word domains that are, at once, catchy and descriptive and are sitting around out there, unregistered and still waiting to be discovered.
I'm, specifically, referring to brandable domains containing 2 or more commonly used dictionary keywords that are, usually, not used together or associated w/ one another. Names w/ descriptive attributes** receive brownie points. (**ie how well the idea, product or the site content is expressed.) Names that are catchy and easy to recall are, also a plus.

EuroBulb (Whew! Yes, indeed. "Euro" is a dictionary word.)

FartDoll ("Hey, Steeempy! Was that you?" "No Ren. That was my new friend, "Fart Doll". Here. Why don't you give her a squeeze.")
MindStash (Where I keep my thoughts- which reminds me I've got to change the DNS over to my new servers IP)
NameAnarchy (What every domainer that doesn't have a portfolio full of dictionary .coms wants more of.)
NameAnatomy (The name I registered to fill the gap left behind when I had one of those "moments" and decided to let NameScience drop.)
NanoDome (A secure home for all of those little nano robots that will be running around and doing chores for us in the, not to distant, future. -OR- a place where all of the Nano i-pod gamers can destroy each other.)
PiggyStack (For stacking and organizing the computer and AV gear that's sprawling all over the office and living room.)
PiggyRack (More of the same)
PlugSquid (Multiple outlet cable- something for the dog to chew on.)
ProfileDetective (ie Inspired by an NP Staff member. Hey Mark! Have I gotta name for you! hehe)
SneakAToke (The 3 puff salvation for nicotine fiends who favor civil disobedience and who find themselve's stuck in a smokeless workplace environment. -And- I'll never tell.)
TidyMess (My desktop)
TileScreen (Flatter than flat screen - Stack them together and voila! Your complete display screen wall fits into a suitcase and you're off to the convention.)
