yes dot net, but if it relates to a nonprofit organization dot org or some kind of official gov or edu site.

Wrong part of the site to ask. This is appraisals only, not buying advice. The answer to your question is "depends". Generally, I favour a ".net" in most cases, in absence of a ".com"

Disagree. I've got about 100 .xyz, mostly keywords bought at $0.99 Nov. last year.
Got 13 offers in six months.
Refuse to sell, holding on them till another year.
