lol .... thanks. I'll take my chances. Ipodstore.com is for sale, and so is ipod.org. Now ipod.org is a clear violation, but maybe apple doesn't care.
SirDrago.... you love Jared. Hilarious.
I'll educate you guys on losing Tm domains as you obviously don't know the process (no offense), as apparently you think people go to a domain name prison of some sort.
Do you see my join date here? It dates back to the failed .mobi boom. In fact, I might be the one who helped destroyed it. When .mobi came out, i cyber squatted every large company name, over a hundred of them, including large banks such as CapitalOne, Amex, etc.... I prevented all of the large companies from participating in .mobi's. I wasn't sued by any of them, but here is how the process works...
When there is a TM violation, they dispute it with Icann, which costs them around 2k to do it, since they always hire an attorney. I was stripped of around 6 or 7 domains (can't remember exactly how many, but a lot) by icaan. I didn't spend a penny on legal fees, nor was i sued in any way. It's a myth as far as legal fees, prosecution, etc.... I know this first hand as again I went through it a half dozen times.
