its one thing if someone else posts sold on thread, then seller may not be around to update op. that happens all the time. but in this case, seller posted the sold item. therefore the op is suposed to be updated. otherwise the eprson who bought has a reason to back out. not ideal, not best, but imo good enough to invalidate his offer. I am sure @Eric Lyon will resolve this.
