2. Names may be backordered up to 1 year in advance.

3. Members with excessive negative feedback must pre-pay. (If name is not caught you may request another backorder or get your money back minus paypal fees.)

4. Maximum 10 names per person at a time unless prior permission obtained.

5. Names will be aquired by me then pushed to you after payment is received.

6. NO 3 character .com OR LLL/NNN in any extension.

7. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Rule #7 is pretty much reserved for people who have failed to pay for domains in the past. And even in that case, I would not keep the name for myself, I would just ignore the order. I find plenty of names for myself, and my customers are happy with the names that I have caught for them. That is why I started offering this service, so others could benefit from my ability to catch names and not have to pay $60+ to pool, snap or clubdrop.
