If you are looking to advertise, I have a site that gets well over 15,000 uniques a month and over 100,000 pageviews. So far, as of the 20th of this month the site has received, 12470 uniques and 100414 pagevies. I only have two adblocks, both are sitewide. A left sitewide google skyscraper ad and a right side 300 x 250 rectangle that is available for purchase.
The vast majority of the traffic is from the US followed by Canada and Australia. All of the traffic is natural from search engines with about 90% coming from Google.
The traffic is general, no specific niche. The male to female ratio is about 55% male and 45% female, based on on the search terms I see from Awstats. The majority of the traffic most likely comes from late teens to early 20s that are recently invovled in a romantic relationship.
The advertisement will be a nofollow link. I'm not selling PR here, if you are looking for PR than this is not the offer for you.
If you are interested in renting this adspace, let me know via pm. I can provide screenshots of the traffic details. Also, I need to see an example of the ad you intend on running. If it is not related to the type of traffic that I am receiving than you probably will not be happy with your ctr. Gambling or Porn related advertisements will not be accepted.

The winning offer might not be the highest bidder, but the one who has the best ad for my traffic. I'm looking for a long term advertiser and I will work with that advertiser to be sure they get the most out of my site's traffic.
