Hi Guys,

letting off below 14 great sites over here each of them comes w/ own seperated CPanel hosting account.

I've just sold a similar one few days ago over here. You may take a look at this thread for more info: http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=136984

As these sites are all new w/o PR Rank yet at the moment, I'm selling all of them only together at BIN: USD$600

If I dun get any buyer now, I will only sell them off after next google update where each of them will get a PR of 2-4. By then the BIN price will be aleast doubled.

You have some very nice sites. But I am concerned about legal issues. Is it legal to publish content from another website on your website?

To ndsbuyer_com : The intention in this post is to respond to the question, not to question your abilities / intents or to sabotage your sale. I believe the post will make that clear. However, if you have any objection to this post on your thread, pl. pm me and I will delete it asap.

Best wishes for your sale - you have some good domain names and they could generate significant value with alternative approaches too.

Quite a lot of the content is from engadget.com - the permalinks show engadget, and the entries show copyright Weblogs Inc.

While fair use allows quoting snippets, I doubt if full posts and multiple posts are allowed. No idea whether the legalities are enforceable, but I'm pretty sure Weblogs could take it up with Google / Yahoo and other search / advertising providers - potential loss of revenue if that happens.

The other problem I noticed - this seems to have randomly linked to a variety of blogs including some Japanese / Korean ones. This plus the engadget and other permalinks makes it look very amateurish.

Given that there's a free Wordpress plug in that provides the same functionality (thanks to GeorgeB for this info earlier), you're paying for the domain plus workmanship in setting this up - average of $42 per site. Some of the names seem pretty interesting, though - there may be value there alone, and might be worth revamping it for other purposes.

Overall, I'd rate it at decent possibilities with the domains, potential pitfall with the content if Weblogs or other RSS feed providers were to take action. Doesn't have to be legal action for them to create trouble.

Hi Guys,

You'll have the option to remove the RSS links from whichever site you deemed inappropriate.

BTW, I've decided to break them up for more interested buyers.
