I'm presuming this domain only really will appeal to the regions that are influenced by that genre. It has a low advertiser count and a very low CPC of only £0.25 so I'm thinking for an apraisal, Mid $XXX to low $XXXX to right end user.

Can''t say I'm a fan of the music, but it's a nice find. Difficult to put numbers to though.
I would say your selling point should be in the low $xxxx's. Take this appraisal with a grain of salt, the final number may be wildly different.
The music may not be mainstream, but I hear a lot of similar sounding stuff coming (loudly) from car stereos in my ethnically diverse city.
Enduser would have to be a music studio, record label or recording artist. You'll have to shop out the ethnic ones, I don't believe mainstreamers will be interested. Start with an ethnic radio station to develop your contacts.
