They're reaching for the stars asking for that price. Very different if it's a diet central or diet centre / center. If you find some value, power to you, but I'd be very surprised if you find anything near the 5-figure range IMO

I don't think it's that good, no. I'd prefer if you had "diet", than dietary. Maybe a three-figure domain, but hope you find more
