domain 123.md - Name with traffic

Still waiting for Fabulous to get done with categorizing the name, so I've not surprisingly gotten 0 clicks, but the traffic I've gotten so far indicates about 30 uniques per day. I know it had expired just recently and it was the only extension left for 123 on the idotz.net search, plus it has an Alexa rank (albeit in the 4 millions). The name itself is far from ideal quality for a .md. Every other .md name I have (Porn.md, Casinos.md, Gambling.md, 0.md, 8.md) is better quality, as well as the .md names I've sold in the past (Poker.md and K.md). Still, it seems to be a decent name.

Any thoughts on value? Would it mostly depend on the PPC or does it have value on its own?

Also, it's interesting to note that per Archive.org, the former owner was trying to sell the name for $10,000+ and stated he was making $500/month on the name.
