I really like that domain name.
I would hold it for now.
Perhaps make it a site to download Mirc AMI etc....
Simple site with lots of instructions on how to install and troubleshoot.
Simple ad free hosting nothing more for now. Post links on all the blogs you can and if it gets traffic then dump some adsence into it.
Just my 2c but I think you hit a good one.
Now undev. I suppose thats about what I would pay for it mid xx
