There have been some 8N sales with 8's in them a few years back, but mostly speculative investors AFAIK.
So the general value is low.

Your market is lowered because of the 4's. Investors and domainers will shy clear, regardless of if that's warranted or not - 8N is a risk in itself, with 4's, bigger risk.
They have hotels without a 4th and 14th floor, it's their equivalent to our 13, but with a bit more care to it.

That said, the numeric market is bonkers, so put it up on Sedo and others and see if you get any offers. Someone somewhere might love it for some reason.
