OvalOffice.info - Great minisite about the Oval Office. Site uses PHP includes so it's easy to change the ads sitewide. Price: $30
TextZip.com - Simple text messaging website with a great looking unique design. Sold
TheCheatShack.com - A cheatsdatabase.com powered site integrated into an amazing template. NOTE: CheatsDatabase started feeding their own Adsense ads into the cheats pages so using your own Adsense (or possibly other contextual ads) would likely violate the TOS. Sold
