Hello friend...i think that the number '1' is creating hindrance here..moreover it s a .Net...an thirdly an end user thinking of making a job portal might find this name hard..

Jobs1 dot com some value and perhaps more in future. Jobs1 dot net I’d say very little value.

The number 1 after a four letter is probably one of the better numbers for a western site. The Chinese seem to prefer for example the number 8.
