hey
I got 1000$ bid for this domain in sedo : makeofferz.com
so I think that you will change your Appraisals for the S=Z domains
You thought wrong. It just means someone is paying way more for your name than what your name is worth and you should take the bid and run like hell. Either that or I'm seeing 5+ relatively good expired S=Z names a day that are, unbeknownst to me, worth $1000+. In fact, I own Weekz.com...I'll sell it to you for half your price ($500). If you like, I'll provide you all good S=Z names that I find expired and available for the small finders fee of 10% of what they're worth, or $100 apiece. I need a steady stream of income!
Another example: EvidenceEraser.com sold a couple weeks ago for $20,000...so clearly my EliminateEvidence.com/net, with the consideration that "evidence eliminator" is much more searched than "evidence eraser", would clearly be worth at least $x,xxx, right? What about other similar evidence names currently unregistered...those are clearly $x,xxx at least then, and sitting available...what has the world come to?
Lastly, Ambition.cc for $3,000 well over a year ago should mean that every single .cc name I own, all of which have more search numbers and google results, should be $5,000 apiece! Wow, all of a sudden I have a MillionDollarPortfolio on my hands! (just checked and MillionDollarPortfolio.com is taken, d'oh!).
In conclusion, in the linguistic style of Yoda, one bid does not a trend make. I'm afraid if you start getting tons of S=Z names, you're going to find yourself a year from now with tons of unsold S=Z names trying to get even $1 apiece back for them on the Bazaar. Very very rarely will someone pay a pretty price for an S=Z name, and luckily for you, that someone found you!
