$100 logo design contest! VIPgossip.com

Welcome to the VIPgossip.com logo contest!!!

VIPgossip.com will be a website with articles on the rich and famous and a messageboard to talk trash about your favorite celebs.

Logo can be CMYK/4 color process.

The logo should be fun, but not cheesy. A professional, fun looking logo is what I'm looking for. The logo will be used on the website, in printed marketing collateral, and on t-shirts and other promotional items. Good luck!!!

*** Feedback ***
I will place general feedback in the main post for the benefit of new readers. Specific feedback will be posted inline.
1) I'd like to avoid the logo saying VIPgossip twice. i.e. VIPgossip / VIPgossip.com. The dotcom should be incorporated into the main logo.
2) I would like for there to be at least two colors. A single color, even with a gradient, looks a bit flat to me.
3) I'd like to stay away from effects... Drop shadows, reflections, etc. Very few corporate/major media logos include these elements and I don't feel they belong.
4) The VIP and the gossip and the .com should NOT be separated by a graphical element. "Is the url gossip.com or VIPgossip.com? I couldn't tell at first because the 'VIP' portion was in a separate graphic." Graphic elemetns are fine, they just shouldn't separate the entire text... VIPgossip.com
5) ".com" MUST be in the logo text.
6) I'd like to stay away from the "action!" clipboard. This is tied to TV and Movies. VIPgossip.com will also include music artists which are not included in the "action!" clipboard.
7) The logo should include CAPS and lowers. Exactly like this: VIPgossip.com NO: VIPGOSSIP.COM NO: VIPGossip.com

Thank you elite and simply! General fedback on your post has been made in the main post. Please feel free to refine! Simplyg123... a two color version with only one VIPgossip I'd like to see. Elite, thank you vm, but that logo is not the one for me. I would be happy to look at a new entry from you.
