£100 logo contest

I need a vector logo for a site im making, the site is going to be like a help resources and downloads site covering loads of differnt things like computers, job seeking , webdesign, relationships etc etc. The logo will have to have the text "HelpAtHand" and ill leave it up to you for image and any other text. I will end the contest once i see an entry i really like and payment will be via paypal. Sumbit entrys here or via pm.

I think it would be a good thing for no one to post before he tells us what the URL is that we are making the logo for, just incase he does rip someone off... and watermark ofcorse...

The url will be www.helpathand.org, i thought it was professional graphic designers here, a sum of £100 really isnt that much at all feel free to watermark i would expect that anyway. Hmm but it seems just because im new im treated like a lier and a scammer you guys must of been new once to.
If you dont feel comfortable with the contest then plz dont enter but i assure you it is legit.

I don't think your a scammer, everybody starts somewhere but alot of people have been scammed by newbies.. just so you know, I will enter

We are not meaning to treat you as a scammer its just u have come to nps just after some people got scamed, lots of money is at stake and for the future of NP design contest and the well being of the designers these precausions need to take place.

I am very sorry if i at all made you feel unwelcome, but the truth is i am very happy to see you here holding this excelent contest.

Yeah, you can, but don't think of adding gradients or anything like that. Photoshop does terrible vector design, and, to be honest, if I wanted a vector logo, there is no way I would accept one made in Photoshop, but heck, that's just my opinion.

Well, I've had my Illustrator vector entry in soon

EDIT: OK, here is my entry:

100% vector (Illustrator). If chosen, logo will be supplied in .jpg, .gif, .eps and .ai formats. Feedback is appreciated.

I have also shown clearly that the logo can be reduced and increased in size without losing quality and maintaining a smooth, crisp finish

Ok thanks for the entries so far, ill most likely end this on tuesday after work so about 4pm english time.
Majinbuu you have the right idea but i want something really professional looking, keep the hands theme going maybe just add a little more and change the font to a more bold kinda look like will has done thanks.
Will yours are great, just the kind i was looking for, ill leave it to you if you want to make some changes but thanks alot.
One Armed Scissor it all looks a bit faded so maybe more of a bold font and colour...
I want to leave it mainly down to you guys to think of ideas but ill leave some feedback throughout the days thanks again.

Hey i hope this isnt to much trouble but could you please change the entries to HelpOnHand rather then HelpAtHand. This is because ive decided to get a .net rather then .org and helpathand.net is already registered.
Will i like that one the best so far from your entries if you could just edit the text as i said above.
