Some registars just do that, depending on what country they are located in. Eclipse who just ran a special of 5 free domains only limited to their country they reside in and thats the UK.

Was that too hard to get it? I mean to earn point is harder or not. Please let me know. I've signed up but didn't recieved any activation email neither in my inbox nor in my spam folder of GMAIL.

Nope, It wasn't hard to get. The email indeed went to my spam box. If I were you sign up again or email them and let them know. They also have a support forum as well where you can ask them this question.


BTW I just got my domain as of this morning.

In the forums the owner says there is enough ads/surverys to complete to get up to 4 free domains.

Question: How long will the domain name be registered for?

Seems like you don't own the domain. That basicly you are renting the domain for a year and the price is a survey.

--Yes you can, but are not required.

#2: How many surveys do you have to complete
--It varies depending on the value of the survey. I think I took about 10 - 12 and it took me about 30 minutes or so to complete them all.

--And yes you do. You can transfer out the domain when you want.

i saw these also... and from another source i know that there is one servey for something like 1$ or something which gives u most of the points and makes it easier to win the free domain.. why the good things are always for us only... why not worldwide... companies from other countries should also start offering something like this...
