I pay from 10 months to 3 years revenue, depending on:

1. Generic name, typo or trademark
2. Site or parked name
3. Age of the site, how long it's been online for
4. Amount of traffic
5. Tendence of traffic (steady, increasing, decreasing)
6. Type of traffic (type-in, search engines, links, bought)
7. Click Through Rate
8. Quality of the name itself (potential)
9. Popularity (PageRank, Backlinks, Alexa, overture)
10. Of course, the target price the seller is looking for
