The problem was with the other website was originally owned by a friend of mine, and he was barely online to give me the transfer.

As far as more info on the site, what exactly do you want to know?

Your reselling it, no matter what you say your taking a script, slapping on a design, putting a few admin bought links on there and selling it.

1) I'm selling the license I bought. If it was paid for, and only one license is going from point A to B, then what difference does it make? I won't have a copy of the script.
2) Less than half were admin bought. Stop being a jack ass and if you aren't interested in buying then leave the topic.

exosion, domainer50 is just trying to keep this forum safe for other members. He is also right, it clearly states on the website that you cannot resell this script, which you are doing here. This auction should only be for the domain name and possibly the database, but you cannot give up the script on the site.

I wouldn't see how selling the script with the domain is a problem, as long as he does not use the scrip on another site without paying again, it is a turnkey site! From his other post though, he has already sold a $1 link site... I doubt he has purchased the script twice....

So do you think hes buying $25 scripts over and over to do this? Lets be real here. Regardless you CANNOT sell the script and that is what he is doing. If he wanted to sell the design, the domain etc thats one thing. But to sell the script is against the TOS.

I did buy the script twice. Gareth [script creator] is a friend of mine and knows this. He knows I sold the other site as well. Ask him if you want, he currently owns HostedFX. This is allowed, and I'm not creating multiple sites under the same license.

thats where your wrong Gareth stated in TOS that the script could not be sold there was nothing stated that you cannot sell an established site

he is not selling just the script he is selling a website the script runs on

he is not profiting from the script alone

I think the Domain by itself is worth the money.
Offer is only valid under the condition: I am going to pay once delivery has been made.
