We currently dont have any site uptime stats but will put them shortly. Though we gurantee 99.5% uptime.

We own 2 dedicated servers in Iowa and Texas, one is for FREE hosting and the other is for Paid hosting. So if you have a PAID account with us, then you will be on the PAID server.

Most paid hosts give 99.9% uptime guarantee. I didn't expect Chargertek to behave differently. I just spent time reading your TOS at http://chargertek.in/tos.shtml and there it says 99.9% contrary to what you mention here as 99.5%. 0.4% difference (upto 3hrs in a month) may not be big for you, but for those who have business sites and pay for that, surely worry about correctness of information and better uptime, for dowtime not only adds to their business loss but also affects rep.

See the snapshot of your TOS saying it 99.9%.
I hope your TOS is correct or you have modified policy and yet to implement the same on there.

TOS = Terms Of Services

TOS is what paid companies use as shield to cancel/ suspend and do whatever they want to. TOS says 99.9% and it includes conditions that are an exception or exempted from this.
I need to quote the clause from your TOS here and I hope you don't mind my doing so, for otherwise it can't help clear doubts.

Charger Technologies will guarantee 99.9% Charger Technologies network uptime and 99.9% network stability uptime. Charger Technologies will pro-rate credits (up to 3 additional domains or up to 5 GB bandwidth per month) for uptime below 99.9% upon request. This, however, does not refer to problems stemming from:
- Server Hardware Breakdown
- User error(s) or purposeful interruption(s) of the user service (e.g. if the client shuts his/her own server down, Charger Technologies is not responsible for the downtime)
- Failures due to software that is not explicitly supported by Charger Technologies. Consequently, if a hardware crash provoked by the customer happens, Charger Technologies is beyond the control and responsibility for the resulting downtime.

You are most likely owner of this branch in India, which is close to my house and I would love to have hosting from place that is accessible, but you defer from your TOS and also wild plans would discourage me and many like myself from getting our business sites over there.
