I chatted with support and limit is 10, however if you registered 10 domains in the previous promo (the one for 1.99 USD) then you are not eligible for this promotion.
However, this does not stop you from ordering for this new promo price and sucessfully making the payment.

Then after a day or so, you'll get an email saying that you weren't eligible for this promotion and your orders are cancelled.

There is no automatic refund as far as I am aware. I had to ask in the chat, they were nice and processed it, but it's just too much hassle with this registrar.

I had no issues with my domains. Transferred out everything to dynadot this week though. Pretty smooth and quick process.

It takes some additional steps but you can expedite the transfers which is good.

Don't even make the mistake of transferring your domain to One.com, it will eat away all your years of hard work.

If you are buying a domain then think carefully otherwise you will have to suffer.

I am telling you in clear words that clientHold can be imposed on your domain at any time and your domain will not be released even after submitting your document ID.

My 400+ domains are on clientHold as of today. If you want to see, I will reply to you.
