Did anyone just get charged? I was charged an additional $300 last night because they had said that some of the domains I had purchased at the $1.99 rate were purchase a few minutes after 9pm EST. When I had purchased them they had showed $1.99 each. Now they're making me pay the difference. Has this happened to anyone else?

Weird for them to wait a week later to charge me too.

Thats a technical issue from their end and most registrars are stubborn admitting it.

Thats another issue with new registrar's only asking for credit cards, they get the license to scam you anytime they want.

They're not exactly new. They started out in the 90's.

Same here. They are trying to bill but I set a limit to the card and they were unable to execute the invoice.
I have registered those domains before the promo ended. There is something wrong from their side and they are pushing others to pay for their mistake.

Crediting? Do you mean Account credit?
I have reached out to the support executive via live chat and they have asked me to raise a support ticket for the same.

Yes, but after they credit your account you have the option to have the credit refunded to your credit card.

Just an update- All sorted out and they adjusted the invoice. Their promo was advertised wrongly and they've seen the screenshot attached here in this thread.

The promotional price of $1.99 ended at 9 pm PST/12 EST but advertised as 12 pm PST in DreamHost site
