I believe something is wrong here.

syncvb's bid before midnight was $27, but changed to $29 after midnight.

I'm not trying to accuse anyone of anything, mistakes can be made, but I was watching very closely and something is not right here.

Yes..I have changed the bid but I was watching the time on Current local time in U.S.A. – New York – New York and the bid was before midnight..
The reason for change was obvious..when I submitted the bid of $27..there was already a bid of $28..so I changed it.
However the owner has confirmed me as the winner.
Thanks to MicroGuy that he clarified it to all!
