Anything over $100 would be good value IMO, LLL & NNN domains seems to have shot up in price recently, even some ccTLDs are going up in price quite dramatically (e.g. .us).

Try and get as much as you can though!

3-number .org - minimum value is currently $230 for a poor number combination.

Don't accept any less than that, and I would even hold out for a bit more.
