00.99 using a coupon at 1&1

hello i have a question i want to buy a domain for 00.99 using a coupon at 1&1 but when it comes to the select your country option they dont have my country. my question is can i select another country that im not from like USA?? is there any problem if select another country that i dont live???

@rafaelo0 this is the wrong thread for your question, but you're new so to help ya out - 1&1 is not a good choice for registrar and if you lie about country, you won't be able to make payment AND they can cancel your domain if your WhoIs info is false
