We are a web designing company. We got a cool business plan:
Who is the plan for ?
People in industries related to web design like: SEO, internet marketing, web hosting, application/software development, networking, harwares, domains, PPC, Offline sales and marketing, affiliates, freelancers, copyrwiters, photographers, anyone interested to start a webdesign business, etc
Whats the plan ?
1. We build you a fully equipped website design portfolio - completely branded according to your business, with contact forms, etc and everything you need to sell websites. Free website, free branding, free hosting, free maintenance for lifetime. Something like this -> Splashgraphics
2. You sell web design servies usign that portfolio to existing/new clients.
3. We do the work for a fixed price or a % of the deal.
There are 2 clauses to this plan:
1. All work you get is outsourced to us.
2. If we do not get work for 1-2 months we cancel the partnership.
Benefits:
1. 0 investment
2. You get a new readymade service to provide to existing clients and oppurtunity to make new clients.
3. Long term business.
4. No headache of staff, salary, payment, debts. You only pay us when you get paid.
5. Work quality - we provide world class work quality and you can see our designs at Splashgraphics
Risks: None.
Bonus:
1. Free advertisement and marketing materials.
2. New offers, bonus, etc from time to time depending on situation - like christmas, etc
3. We can formulate products, fixed price services, etc for you so that you can sell them more easily.
Example:
1. If you are into Domains and Hosting and have 300 clients, we build you a portfolio, you just shoot a mail to all your clients with the marketing materials, portfolio, etc and suppose you make 20 sales worth $400 each and we do it for $200 each you make $4000 in the first month. And then it continues.
