    I have seen some celebrity names sell for 4 or 5 figures. And this seems to be a debatable questions: Is it an infringement to sell a celebrity's name or is it ok to sell, since it may not be trademarked? Two questions here: 1) Is it legal? 2) If it is legal, is it ethical?
