Nice keyword Domain if you don't mind TM issues ~ I'm afraid that Disney is the worst Company/Corp To mess with - IMO ~ It probably isn't going to last long - Use it while you can .... Sorry

Registering this name is a clear bad faith case; If you develop it you are asking for trouble. Try to sell it to Disney and you may lose a lot more than the reg fee.

This name is worthless due to the TM issues mentioned above. Of course you could always sell it to archangel for his $2k appraisal, or offer him a 50% discount. It'd be nice if people could read a little clearer before posting. I said TM issues aside. Taking them into consideration, this domain would be pretty worthless-unless you tried selling to Disney, which wouldn't happen.
lol I wasn't putting the TM issues aside, not in the manner of they not meaning anything. I take it you don't understand value. Every domain has value, even tntsh6-ynm56-thnrtrt.net. What is the value? Whatever ppl would pay for it. Otherwise, value itself doesn't really exist. It's different to everyone. All of this might not make sense but think of this: If I owned Disney.com, would you think it was worthless? It'd be worth a mint, though not many would actually pay even 1% of its so-called value because of its TM infringement. Just because a domain has a trademark doesn't mean it's worth less-it just means ppl wouldn't pay as much for it. If you're in the whole domain game and never knew this, well, hope I was able to ya, kid.

DisneyLand.us by itself is worth at least four figures but because of its trademark issues, it likely couldn't sell for $10. Value is only what ppl would pay for something. Value and worth aren't the same thing.

TM issues. $0.
I doubt they'd want it but Disney could file a lawsuit to get the name. A lot of famous entities have done the same (Madonna took a guy to court to acquire Madonna.com). The domain is risky on all levels. I'd sell it on eBay and hope someone buys it, probably hoping that they'd get rich with it.

The problem is that (as I said in my last post) even if you sell it before Disney contacts/finds you, they can get you anyway....
So I don't think it's a very good idea to try to sell it at all...
