$375 - $500+ to the right End user(s), IMHO ... I would think this would be highly (easily) reasonable for some site/forum to then utilize for future possible expansion purposes, or to complement their existing offering(s). Discussion of some of the "Top" Websites on the 'NET, even in creating one's own website ... tools, resources, links, the sharing of knowledge. Lots of development potential as well for you to do same, as I see it. $75 ("Quick Sale") - $125+ in wholesale, as well ... for someone else to then grab this "potential", as I see it.

Thanks for the detailed appraisal my lite blue buddy.

I have said that I want to develop a lot of my names but I think this one needs it the most because I think that it eventually could be worth well more than a few hundred $ for a quick sell.

Still, I also have to look into what it would cost to develop a major forum as well. So who knows?
