It happened on 23rd Aug 2022 and this matter lasted almost one month without any process. Masterbucks.com declined my fund withdrawal and disabled the button of fund withdrawal. And I contacted Epik.com and got no further action even if Rob Monster got involved in it for two weeks. All the time I was told in email by management review.

What is wrong with Epik.com? Do you think it is normal to disable fund withdrawal? How can I get back my fund from Epik.com? Thanks for your suggestion.

New numbers.

It's bad when you lose 5%+ of your domains under management in 1 month, and that is considered a "good" month.

New Registrations - 1,626
Deleted domains - 13,901

Transfer in - 915
Transfer out - 6,310

Another rough month for Epik.

Lost 7.6% of domains under management. Down to 291K total domains now.

They are getting hardly any new business.

New Registrations - 2,502
Deleted domains - 21,269

Still way too much under management (should be zero), surprised they even get new registrations, those are from people unaware of all I guess.

Getting around 3,000 total domains a month between registrations and renewals is not really enough to sustain a business, never mind when you are losing 28,000 regs between deletes and transfers.

>> not really enough to sustain a business

But keep in mind that they're not really (ONLY) a registrar anymore... they're supporting it through NW Registered Agents' business, allowing biz a "one stop shop" to register their LLC, get a biz address, and a domain and hosting. It's a different business model now than the "old Epik" so to speak. So I don't think they care whether Epik is losing money or not.

Well, if they don't care about making money then they are doing a great job.

Their registered agent services don't really appear to be leading to much new domain business.

After 427 pages and almost 600k views, perhaps the moderators can change that eye sore of a typo in the headline! :xf.laugh:

It was messing up a while ago and I switched to an Authenticator app. (Before people ask why I am still using Epik I have like 6 names there; one I bought on a payment plan over 2 years ago).

Thanks for the response.

They went back to email notification 2 Factor as an option, but not sure when it stopped working again.

About 9 more months and I'm gonna get a new hat, which is nice. At least I'll get something back after all these wasted hours.

Hello all,

I see everyone is more than aware of the debacle of @epik under @Rob Monster management.

Unfortunately to me, at the time I was dealing with health issues and most of his misdemeanors went by me until I started trying to get the account straight.

In short, I sold a domain name under Finance/Lease terms for 5 years.
The payments have been made by buyer to Epik and credited on my Masterbucks account.
The Epik's commission for this deal were also paid in full by the buyer in one installment for ease of setting up the deal.

All was well until the payments started being debited AGAIN for Epik's commission around March 2023. There was also a missing installment for February 2023

I started reaching Epik's support while the debacle was happening without my knowledge.

Long story short, the new management of @epik has been great and went an extra mile to track this mess and agreed to keep the lease agreement running without asking me for any commissions. So they have inherit this deal and are having the processing overhead with no gain whatsoever.

In the meantime I started trying to reach the previous management thru Masterbucks email support. They went silent. For months there has been no answer to my requests. Funny enough, I reached them with a disposable email account proposing a brokerage deal and they immediately replied.

In summary, @Rob Monster owes me:

* $10.50 USD that were removed incorrectly from each payment since March 2023 to May 2023, corresponding to the 9% Epik's commission that had already been paid in full by the buyer to Epik.

* One installment that was not been credit: February 2023, Amount: $116.47

* Masterbucks balance of $202.71

Grand Total: $350,58

That's the amount for which @Rob Monster and his team are trashing their reputation even further.

Anyone with a similar experience and suggestion on what to do next?

Thank you.

Almost 1 year ago the situation was worse. Existing domain renewals didn't worked, even new domain registrations didn't worked. Later things have changed to the better side.

Even MasterBucks request was paid in ~ September 2023.

As of 3/13/2024, 2 factor authentication works fine. Checked before posting.

What do you mean by Masterbucks requests was paid? Since 01/01/23 my request is still pending!

He doesn't retract statements...

Sure he does.

He retracts statements all of time. Statements like "you can renew your domains forever", "Masterbucks transactions are tax free", "our escrow is secure". That crook Rob Monster has run off will millions of dollars of other people's money by retracting statements.

We got championshiprings.com back for Dan Cera. Godaddy was instrumental in helping us and we owe the credit to them.

Because of that instance we found that there was weird admin user settings for the old owner to do weird crap as you could imagine...

Since then, we will not push a domain on the admin side. We also have fixed the admin permissions to where it's physically impossible.

We're not sure what happened on Twitter. The timing was also weird as it happened right before the ICANN final approval. We have since locked down permissions on Twitter and set up two factor for the login. As you have figured out. PR and posting on forums and social media is not our specialty. We're much more focused on the product and the development and the customer service and operations.

We have many people with decades and decades of domain registrar experience working here already. They just don't want to go public to you all quite yet. We've made hundreds and hundreds of code fixes and the product gets a little better every day.

In the last 6 months we think you'd struggle to find someone that has been financially screwed by us. That's probably your biggest evidence that Rob Monster is no longer involved here.
Well, I guess EpikLLC still has a chance to win their court case because guess what? Turns out the dude whose nudes were posted on the site doesn’t actually have a passport. He used a temporary passport for a reason.
The documents are clearly showing he used an Emergency Travel Document (or Temporary Passport) to travel within East Africa. The age on his documents is quite obnoxious as it states the year 2000. What’s funnier is that his invalid passport (that KiwiFarms is using against him) has the year 2002. My point here is that we can’t actually know his real age if we don’t even have his real documents and if he has no documents on him. He could very well be a minor but we can’t know.

This same Emergency Travel Document is posted on the KiwiFarms Thread on Alameen Karim Merali (The individual whose revenge porn was posted on the site) by some Anonymous Individual as well and has Visa Stamps on it as well.

It’s funny how KiwiFarms still denies they can’t really know his real age given this evidence. This information was sent to Joshua Moons Lawyer, Matthew Hardin, as well, from the email on his Litigation Site.

You might be jumping the gun a bit there. Probably just a temporary thing. I can sign in just fine.
