Anyone know where I could find a SMF cPAddon?

A cPAddon is pretty much the same as Fantastico... but cPAddon is a feature directly supported by cPanel.

I may be able to pay someone around $5-$10 if they could create this if one is not publicly available.

May I ask, why not just use fantastico or instrallation? I believe instrallation is about $14/year and I believe it has SMF.

We really don't need the full Installatron or Fantastico package... the current user demand is for SMF... I don't see the need in purchasing those packages, when we are only using SMF.

It's quite easy to install SMF, you can just ask him to do so by downloading the version he wants at www.simplemachines.org.

Also I will look into the smf package and get back to you ;)

Yeah, that would be fine, but unfortunately, quite a few of our users are inexperienced...

It shouldn't be hard to create the cPAddon... it should just require a few code edits and a database that is pre-configured.

I was looking at smf forums and didn't find much, then cPanel forums and found nothing. May I point in that instrallation is only $14/year, and you are willing to pay up to $10 for the smf package, might as well get instrallation. If something comes up for the smf addon I will let you know.

Staff can do this very easy. If no, better installatron than fresh cPanel addon ;)
