Long time domainer phasing out "real" real estate for pure digital real estate. I have a 120 acre parcel of land in Southern California (Barstow area). Has an address but no utilities and located on a well-maintained (by Bureau Land Management) wide dirt road. Just off interstate 395. Endless views and 3 gold mines (was mined out in the 70's so no gold guarantees). I paid all cash for this 15 years ago and time to move on. The value in 2007 was $465,000 but dipped way down to $300k or so a couple years later but back up 10 years later.
I am looking for a small portfolio of quality single word .coms (no garbage please) and/or LLL.coms of equal or greater value. Somewhere in the range of $250k wholesale and $500k retail. I can do seller financing for an equity deficit on your end with at least half the value up front.
