CJ6 · Jan 23, 2016

I was looking at 4.cn. one domain that has some of the most views is louhui .com. If anyone from China is on here, what is louhui? Why is it sold in percentage? I am just curious. Thanks!

most common meaning of "lou" is "tall building"
to combine with "lou", meaning for "hui" can be: "meeting/gathering/rally", "discount/benifit"

That domain is not an active website. I don't understand why is sold as shares. What profit do they hope to get?
