Are there are invoice/money proof of this sales?
We see who sell them but we know other people have great one words xyz which are not sold.
When I will sell something I will post my bank account invoice, paypal and bitcoin and other proof of sale.

No Im not jealous, I have more great .COM domains (greater than meta) which many sheeple did not register from 1985 but this is other story, it would be good to have more data on hands, many regs by end users are done after such reports.
Nonetheless if those unique domains sold, it's really great for many of us.
P.s. I will always ask questions which no one dares to ask, don't like, pass by.

Can you imagine the craze if Apple started using .xyz as their main domain? .com would fall overnight as other large companies like Microsoft would switch to .xyz (they already own their name).

Apple owns .apple, so they're more likely to switch to something like buy.apple, but we xyzers can dream!
