Don't waste your time with .IM domains. Isle of Man has around 80k people, there is very limited end-users base there.

I owned Health.im, Insurance.im, Sport.im, Flight.im, Flights.im, Live.im, Hotels.im, etc and couldnt even sell them for $20

Thanks Giles. I won't buy any more unless they are really short ones. I was actually offered $400 for mine but turned it down as someone else said it was worth $$$$. I think the more location specific names won't be worth much as like you said there are only 80k people on IoM!
