Most likely someone was watching it, and maybe saw some sort of movement, and jumped on the bin. Really weird something sells within 3 hours at such a price level.Damn, bet that person is sh*tting them selves for not holding out 3 more hours

Congrats! Wayback Machine shows domain being used from 2011 to 2016. So, it's probably dropped around that time until you registered it again in May, 2018. dotDB shows 1,074 results matching "zakha", so it's amazing it was not discovered by many domain investors for several years. How did you find this name, if you don't mind?Hand reg.
how did u get the buyer?I just sold 2 domains now in reseller market.. quick flips!
NBAH.com for $350 (bought for $265)
CannabisCafe.org for $149 (bought for $30)
I had a similar experience with this one:
Domain name: Jo99 .com
Sale venue: Afternic, inbound
Sale date: 15.08.2019 (payout)
Listing type: BIN
Seller: me
Sale price: 499 USD
Sale fee: 20%
Purchase venue: Godaddy Auctions (Closeouts)
Purchase date: 11.01.2017
Purchase price: 5 USD closeout fee plus three renewals = ca. 30 USD
Details about the limits of appraisals and losing track of a bigger portfolio:
Estibot and Domainindex estimated zero value. Godaddy provided a govalue of 420 USD, so I set the BIN above for Afternic. I also listed on another marketplace with BIN in the four numbers and parked the name with another platform for make-offer.
I am an interested reader of TLDinvestors Newsletter @equity78. A while ago they reported rising interest for LLNN coms with repeating numbers, twice they did I believe. I planned to check my portfolio for this kind of names but forgot.
This domain has got trademark issue. OLX is big classified brand in India and also own dubizel in dubai. This was dropped and registered again in Jan 2019.Sold OLX.net for US $690 or INR 49,650 (received 71 bids in GD Auction)
Purchased for $300 from a private seller last week on namepros. Profit: $250 (after deducting commissions & forex charges)
Domain flipping is interesting, and thrilling as well, because you see your money go up or down in few days!

If in case, Apple.net got dropped and i registers it in 2019 considering it to be a fruit name. Will it be enough to save it from WIPO?Since you have missed, I'd love to add that O L X are 3 letters as well and could mean anything, if not used in the similar line of business as the brand you are referring to sir iGreen, which means not infringing on trademark holders right or bad faith
I saw a quick flip opportunity and went ahead with it. Hold time, nomore than 7-10 days

It need dare to share your lose. NoOne want to remember them. But Great thinking to share, so others will not repeat.Show attachment 128445 Had registered this domain in 2016 and had one renewal after which i dropped it by mistake, i had forgot to remove it from my sedo account and months later i received sold email for it from them (965$) and as per sedo terms and conditions i had to pay the commission for it to save my account at sedo from getting suspended, so had a loss, i had dropped domains getting sold at other marketplaces too like afternic, thankfully they always understood. But sedo was adamant on charging commission based on their new terms and conditions. Sharing this so fellow domainers know this if they don’t already and hopefully learn to not incur loss like me.

This is completely ridiculous. Sedo had to verify the ownership when whois got updated. Both should take responsibility! It is not fair to ask the seller to pay the commission. @Sedo any further thoughts?Show attachment 128445 Had registered this domain in 2016 and had one renewal after which i dropped it by mistake, i had forgot to remove it from my sedo account and months later i received sold email for it from them (965$) and as per sedo terms and conditions i had to pay the commission for it to save my account at sedo from getting suspended, so had a loss, i had dropped domains getting sold at other marketplaces too like afternic, thankfully they always understood.
