Is anyone else having issues with NameJet?

I sent my application over a week ago to become a verified bidder and it never got through. Their website says it takes 48 hours. well i'm going on 10 days now. I submitted 2 days ago for the second time still nothing.

I called them every day just to find out they are no longer answering the phones.

SO i email them every day and again they never return my messages. BE VERY CAREFUL! This is how a Scam operates. And it looks like they are running for the hills. I'm getting ready to sue them already because i won an auction a week ago and still never received instructions on how to obtain my new domain. I have no way of knowing because these jerks wont' answer my messages or phone calls.

Don't sweat it too much, as far as the money goes. If you paid by credit card, you can do a chargeback and in most cases the money will be credited back to you immediately (depending on the amount of the transaction). Even if the money is not credited back to you immediately, the charge will be put on hold and you will not be responsible to pay on it until the dispute is over.

The burden is then on the merchant (who also gets charged a fee for the chargeback dispute even if he wins) to prove the charge is justified and funds should be given back to him. If the merchant never replies, they are considered not worthy of the charge.

I only own a discover card these days and their chareback/dispute process is all online and very easy and quick. But I'm sure most other credit cards these days are similar. Although some may be still stuck back in the 1990s and require you to call them and maybe even fill-out forms.

I got my name finally after complaining on the forum. Now they are actively speaking to me after 2 weeks of silence sort of.

He Bids on everything and he wins many auctions.

This sucks. Had plans to liquidate some domains on Namejet and snapnames and sedo and dropcatch and godaddy. but now I have to think about listing with NJ and Snapnames.

I'm not gonna list my domains with them if this is the case.

Anyone wanna start a legit domain auction site with me? I had some ideas for this. The problem is everyone has such a hardon for the big boys that no one would try a tiny startup domain auction website.

remember Ramped.com? Bido? Freemarket?

I am on the same situation. I've sold many via auction before with NJ but back when Laurie was part of the team. I am concerned about auctioning off some now and not getting paid as NJ seems to be going down lately. Any current namejet sellers that can chime in whether they are getting paid on time with no issues?

I am facing the same issue, I send the mail to NameJet as well as create a ticket but not getting responses from the NameJet team.

Kindly tell me, it is about 9 days completed.

I won one domain at an auction here. After purchasing a domain, they transfer it to the Registrar networksolutions.com. I should have received an email with credentials from the Registrar panel with this domain, but nothing came. Namejet support service writes that networksolutions has the domain, ask them (ticket 21067779). Networksolutions write that they initiated a password reset from the account and I should receive an email with a link to reset the password (ticket 21099201). But I don't get anything, my email is 100% working! It's like banging your head against a wall. They just stole$70 from me.
