Hi All,
Yes, l’m a veteran member of NamePros, but in name only. After joining this elite web site, l domained for about a year, then took a sabbatical until a couple of months ago.
Back when l was involved in domaining, it was a no-no to use celebrity names in a domain name, as the celeb might take legal action.
However, l was looking through a Flippa ad a week ago, and the company was touting 20 or so domain names for sale, and one was the following: Kardashian-West.com.
So is it okay to use public figures names when creating a domain name?
