Sold: Carly/co (dot co)
$1500
Via GoDaddy Domain Buy Service (broker/email)

I'm fairly certain I undersold this one, but the timing was right. Original purchased at GoDaddy Auctions as an expiring name in 2015.

If anyone is serious about acquiring an entire portfolio (NNN, LLL, 1-word keywords, pre-regs from 2010, high quality), let me know. I don't sell at reseller pricing but would be interested in selling to a marketplace or someone who is looking to beef up their portfolio.

I missed that one. Would have easily bought at that price. Oh well. Congrats to the buyer.
Yes I would have paid at least $xxx for it but never saw it.

Come on, I was pumping that LLL .CO domain for a week or so, and there were a few more at various auction sites that went below market - these 3-letter .CO domains tends to slip through the cracks.

http://www.domainrecap.com/2018/auctions/undervalued-godaddy-domain-auction-recap-december-6/
On that link I see that this domain is undervalued at 1.212 USD ? A total different amount then you say.
Anyhow : Godaddy gave a few months ago shady information about listing LLL.CO's (aftermarket) here somewhere on namepros due to changement of dropped domains starting at high prices. And I must admit I didn't follow for the moment godaddy on this extention in the last months because of that post of Godaddy. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. But if I do a search now in the aftermaket to LLL.CO's I don't find LLL.CO's in the Aftermarketof Godaddy for the moment.

"Potentially undervalued" as everyone knows that domain valuation is an art not a science - the number shown there is the Current Price - Valuation.

i.e. if a domain has a current price of $1,000 and had a valuation of $2,000, the gap between the two, or the level of potential undervaluation in relation to price, would be -$1,000.

And my point has nothing to do with that, but instead with the fact the LLL.CO domains tend to slip through the crack far more than .NET or .ORG, and you really need to keep up with the latest auction lists to keep up.

I remember months ago finding 3 of them on a Dynadot list, all the 0 bids and ending in less than a day, and they went for almost nothing. Slipped through the cracks.

Thanks. It looks like the domain name was originally registered at Godaddy. Does that make a difference with .co domain names? Would it be a good idea to do the back order at Godaddy then instead of Dynadot? Or should I do the backorder multiple places (i.e. both Godaddy and Dynadot)? Thanks again!

godaddy will not catch any backorder, even you can hand register it before godaddy...
LOL

I've noticed that for some one-word and two-word domains, the registry are trialling prices beyond the usual $65, $130, $350, $650 and $1300. (The higher end is mostly applied to reserved LLL.co).

Just spotted FashionWeek.co priced at $12000.

Looks like the .CO registry are simultaneously exploring a pricing range that is much higher than the standard tiers ($120 to $1200).
