Translate.com Sold for $853,000

Digital marketplace Flippa secured the sale of Translate.com for $853,000 this week. The sale will not chart at DNJournal since it’s a website and domain name, rather than a pure domain sale.

The news did not go unnoticed by the community, with many investors posting their opinions of the sale. Did the website and domain name sell cheap or should the seller have asked for more based on the domain’s value alone?
