question Favorite Tools for Outbound Marketing?

Watch
So as I transition more into this domain investing and brokerage world, am using some tools from my finance career.

Wondering if folks here, full time professionals in particular care to share some of their favorite tools for outbound marketing and selling their domains to end users.

Thanks!

What tools?

So for me, at least initially,

Finding End Users
Linked In Groups
TripAdvisor Lists (hotels)
Yelp/Open Table (lists of restaurants)
Government Lists (for gun domains, ATF lists)

Email/Prospecting
Outstand (formerly Ace of Sales)... best way to think of it is as an email marketing tool + crm lite in one. $20 per month. Easy way to make emails and newsletters look good. I am an affiliate (from old days), so you can put in code Maks30 to get first month free. Otherwise $20 per month.

LogoMakr.com - easy to make logos

If you had an alternative to Localizer Lead Tool, that would be really cool. I used to love this software.

  1. Google Search - To list down companies that I want to target
  2. Linkedin Search - I usually look for owners / CEOs / Directors with a healthy social presence. Then digital marketing CXO / VP / Manager / Senior Manager / Director. So essentially - Company Name + Title + Linkedin
  3. Facebook - I want to make my emails as personal as possible. If a prospect posts about professional subjects on their Facebook, I can craft my first / subsequent emails to increase the relevance of my emails.
  4. SimilarWeb - To get an idea of the relative volume of traffic the target company has and how my domain name can add value
  5. Google Spreadsheet - To maintain a database of prospects and companies
  6. Yet Another Mail Merge - A brilliant, cost-efficient alternative of outreach.io that I usually use
  7. Streak CRM and mail view alerts. I have different labels for emails opened multiple times. Then I follow up with personalized emails.
  8. Built with - Gives an idea of their tech stack - atleast on the website and the tools they are integrated with.
  9. ClearBit Connect - Call me paranoid, but I don't like it when people track my email opens. This tool will block any attempts to track your email opens.
