What is required to keep the business operational?

The business is super easy to run. My partner and I spent less than 5 hours a week each on it. Most domains are parked or have their personal sale page where potential buyers can submit offers. We listed some domains on Sedo and other sites but most sales came from our website directly.

Running the site includes: checking emails for inbound offers, negotiate with potential buyers, list domains on market places (not mandatory), hunt for more domains when new GTLDs come out and update site when a domain sells or when new domains are acquired.

Why are you selling the business?

My partner got a new contract with the Canadian army far away and I'm going back to school in January.

The business generates revenue via domain sales. Extra services could be offered like domain brokerage and domain consulting via our website but that would require more weekly hours.
