60 day lock is standard for domain regs anywhere.

I've just got 20 mostly.com
I am in the UK if makes any difference ?

Signed up for an account and purchased one domain.

The sale was stopped and it said I had to receive a call from them in about an hour.

It has been hours and still no call.

Could be because it is a Sunday and the staff is off.

I don't know.

Maybe your payment, I had a couple stopped until the bank called and reinstated my PayPal, back on within two minutes.

It doesn't let you add to cart, you have to purchase one at a time but stay logged in.

My purchase was not completed and I am not allowed to get into my account.

Don't know what to suggest really being pretty new to these quick offers, cookies ?

No, unfortunately.

My first time trying to use them was a nightmare. I couldn't get them to verify my account. So I wasn't to impressed with them. About 2 weeks later I tried again and my account was approved within minutes.

Best way to get verified fast is to call them. I'm so happy I finally got my account, they are a good company and it's real easy to use there backend.

I had the same experience.

Tried the sale for 1 pound / domain reg.

They stopped my account reg and froze the sale.

They said I would get a call in 1 hour, never did.

I called next day and spoke to customer service.

They asked a few questions and approved my domain and account.

It is a little hard to find things at first but you will get the hang of it pretty quickly.

That is all I can say about them for now.

Someone else said they had their domains removed from their account and their domains stolen and account closed.

I don't know why, but I hope I don't have problems and they are a safe registrar.

Just to mention I got receipts from them & PayPal, hopefully that's some sort of insurance ?

The sign up page was not obvious on the home page. I googled - (fast hosts account sign up) - once I found the sign up page was smooth sailing (https://admin.fasthosts.co.uk/purchase/domainmanagement/details/). Had to wait 60 mins or less for the account to be activated after.

It was in one of the other threads I don't remember where.

Pretty sure it was Fasthosts not enom.

Signed up, they said they would call. Never did. Then I get email requesting id, so i send DL
Guy emails this am, and says it's good to go. Went to reg a .com and then it says they will have to call within 1 hour.
I thought i was cleared to go, never proceeded, with purchase. Not with this name, I will try a lower quality one first. Now i see it is control panel, no word from pp yet.

Tried calling their number in Uk wtf is the 011+44+ their number. What a mess this is, waste my time.

Managed to reg a domain though.

I don't' think I will reg another.

Too much hassle to save just a little $.

I tried to message on face. Guess we are used to registering a name, and having the transaction complete.
Everytime I click support, another tab.
Email came in to verify something. Time is money, the price of this reg is going up

Signed today, they call me 2h. later, account is verified and everything works like a charm for now

I have used it for several months now. I have regged almost 500 names so it does not appear to be a limit.

I had no problems on the push, but have not yet tried an external transfer.

I recently signed up, but I read somewhere about one NP member who complained they lost all their domains and account.

I don't know the details, but it always makes me hesitate to reg more names even at the sale prices.

Have you had any problems selling domains you have regged there?

8 hours ago. No one call me!

contact support 3 times but no help

try facebook or twitter. I got reply from both in minutes

I read that, too, but there was no particulars. So far I have had no problems.
