Parking income has been erratic lately, I have yet to meet someone has been able to grow their monthly income these past few months or since summer has started.
hmm.. you mean they found 14k domains useful for parking?
well, I'm looking for domains strictly for parking so I assume they did too.
That was a filtered list out of around 370k domains mind you = roughly 20 days of deleted domains
I see. so... when you call domain useful for parking what dos that mean roughly to you in terms of say monhtly or yearly revenue from it? or per clcik. or however else you classify usefulness.
any rough numbers to offer here?
I use combinations of various metrics using excel's autofilter to get the results.
There are way too many variables; I'm talking metrics like DA / TF etc.
let's stick to the thread's topic though
I think I made some strategic mistakes probably the biggest was focusing too much on one country.
I have to ask how did you solve the issue with registering .au for non australians?you are correct on that
I have often seen better payouts from countries like Australia, Nederlands, Germany, etc. compared to US.
I believe a parking portfolio to be successful needs diversity.. as in different traffic types (ie. backlinks, type-ins, etc.) , different countries and different niches

Its really funny but in July and August I have about 20% increase of revenue, because I have seasonal domains. Anyway Ive decided I will start with developing blogs and put parking aside for a while. The returns are much, much higher.
what was original income from the previous owner?Oh it already goes pretty well, Ive bought a Website on Flippa last month for 250 USD, did some "SEO" (bought backlinks),I rank for 10.000 keywords on ahrefs now and 30.000 monthly traffic, getting 600 organic visitors per day and website is making 40 euro+ per day with Adsense.
And I got someone from India who writes for me exceptional articles for 5 bucks per piece.
Affiliate links, he was not doing well with it. Ive decided I will try Adsense.
thanks for the valuable info
any chances you share the name of the site?
It'd really help if I could see how you have set it up
