Not sure if that is directly related to having the Uniregistry affiliate enabled or not.. you can try this:

Hover over "Domains" and select "Portfolios / Affiliates" and then click the Edit button under your portfolio name. There should be an option there for "Include Uniregistry Affiliate Plus ads" - Is that checked? If so, you could try unchecking it and then saving..
