The text in the header is not readable due to the background Image.
[For Sale] [Home, About Us, Contact Us]

It could be more simple with only having one link of "Contact Seller" / "Buy Domain". This will give a better image/reputation. (My opinion)
(or)
You could put out (in BIG) your mail ID for display rather than have it as a link.

In addition to the unrelated hosting ad and contrast issues mentioned above, there are alignment issues with the content area ("Marketability", and "Increase Sales" sections). Images are offset their container inconsistently, and the headline hierarchy is lost visually. Try to distinguish them more strongly with various font sizes and treatments.

Agree to get rid of the popup, also the palm trees images takes too long to load, could use some sort of minification
