domain Closed....com - Flippa expert help request to choose the right domain to sell

HI guys,

i know there are some Flippa expert here,

the plan sell a domain with a premium listing

the question: which one will sell better on flippa

here are 4 domains that i consider to sell(some received whois offer):

3 Medical one word:
1. Tonsillar.com
2. Maculae.com
3. Ageusia.com

4. SeoHost.co

5. 4share.org

SeoHost.co look like a good prospect, technologie and services sell well on flippa

so what the Flippa experienced sellers think would be a good fit for Flippa marketplace

Question: Which one to List?

i don't understand why this post was moved to appraisal ?????
it is a question i posted on the discussion forum,

i chosed the discussion forum to have a more people view the thread

i didn't asked for any appraisal, there are enough tools and methods for that
in this case the appraisal is irrelevant as Flippa marketplace is relevant to only a few niches, some domains should never be sold on Flippa, while others are Flippa favorites, was not sure about the medical terms and wanted help from the Flippa expert who usually spend some time on the discussion forum

i'm not expert seller at flippa, but i can suggest you to choose 4share.org .. also but i can't promises you can sold it for xxx even 50. whoa.. not bad.
just list at free listing..

I don't see any of those names being worth your time or money trying to resell.

I don't recommend a premium upgrade on any of them.

@Mike , i received some good offers on a couple of these domains,
the premium listing i am referrring to is the "Flippa homepage" listing, so that goes for around 70$,
it is like a challenge to myself

@Azwanasban , yes i was thinking it is the perfect fit, and it got lots of clicks on the parking page, so this could be a good domain to devellop therefor had some value, and all the extensions are not availables

You should go back to the people that sent you those good offers and sell the names then. Why pay $70 when you ave good offers on the table?

I'm sure what I'm missing with 4share.org... what's the sales pitch?

the traffic, and the search volume monthly pretty mush sell it, all the others extensions registered

no good offers, just lots of lowball offers from domainers

70$ is not a big deal, to get real feedback from the marketplace; that's an inexpensive test, if the domain don't sell.
a premium listing get you much more bids and therefore is a good investment for the right domain.

When ever a member asks for their domains to be evaluated to see if they are good enough to be listed to sell somewhere, it constitutes an appraisal type question. At any time, when an evaluation to establish worth of a domain comes into play, it is treated as an appraisal query.

If you want to be successful on Flippa, save the money you'd otherwise spend to renew these domains (roughly another $70) Find a decent domain with good potential for $70 and work on selling that.

thanks, i understand your advice.
I just decided i am gonna put a Flippa auction this week-end, and just wasn't sure which one to list
so i am not here to buy, but i am selling domain i acquired

I Believe Flippa has evolved to a decent marketplace to sell domain names, some domain have sold for good cash, and if you look at the highest sales they usually are premium listings

@Eric_Lyon thanks for the details, it make sense, maybe just overeacted, already received some feedback.

4Share has TM issues and these were just regged fairly recently.

Not a very promising outlook for these domains.

age+usia .. "usia" is an Malaysian word. meaning in english is Age. So that's how i see its brandable AgeAge.com ..

keyword "ageusia" is getting 6,969 exact searches a month.

i think you can list ageusia.com if you want. just drop of those.

Because 4shared.com does have a TM is exactly why she shouldn't try to sell this to them. That parking page is bad enough as it is.
